Who can see our family’s information?
Only people in your family. Each family is private and invite-only, and nothing is shared with other families, advertisers or the public.
How do relatives join?
An admin can email an invite, or share your six-character family code. When someone asks to join with the code, an admin approves them first.
Can I belong to more than one family?
Yes. Your mom’s side and your dad’s side can each have their own space, and you switch between them from the menu.
How does paying the host work?
Event hosts can add Cash App, Venmo, PayPal or Zelle, and family members get pay buttons with the amount filled in. On Reunion Pro, hosts can also accept debit and credit cards, and card payments are marked paid automatically.
Is it easy for older relatives to use?
Grandparent Mode makes the words bigger, the colors bolder and the buttons larger across the whole app. Anyone can switch it on with one tap.
What is the Founding Family price?
Families who join Reunion Pro now pay $99 a year instead of $129, and keep that price for as long as they stay subscribed. Plans are billed once a year, so you pay once and you are set for the whole reunion season.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Start free and move up when your family grows. Admins can change the plan from Family Settings at any time.
